Information We Collect

DugoutPE collects only information needed to provide and operate the app's baseball game-day features.

• Account information. When you use Sign in with Apple, DugoutPE receives an account identifier and, when Apple provides it, the email address associated with your sign-in.
• User-created baseball content. Information you create in the app may include teams, rosters, player names and numbers, games, lineups, defensive assignments, game-day statistics, pitching information, walk-up selections, and related team or game configuration.
• Product interaction and saved app state. DugoutPE stores information necessary to preserve and operate app functionality, such as selected teams and seasons, current game state, batting and pitching state, lineup and defense configuration, and walk-up music selections and timing.
• Support information. If you choose to contact DugoutPE support, the information you voluntarily include in your support request may be used to respond to and resolve that request.

How We Use Information

Information collected by DugoutPE is used for app functionality, including:

• Authenticating and maintaining your account.
• Creating, saving, syncing, and restoring teams, rosters, lineups, games, statistics, and game-day state.
• Providing Apple Watch game-day functionality and synchronization with the paired iPhone.
• Providing requested Apple Music and walk-up music functionality.
• Maintaining security, preventing unauthorized access, and supporting reliable app operation.
• Responding to support requests you initiate.

DugoutPE does not use your information for third-party advertising, targeted advertising, data-broker activity, or cross-app tracking.

Apple Music

DugoutPE can connect to Apple Music when you authorize access. Apple Music access is used to let you select and play music for game-day and player walk-up features. DugoutPE may store Apple Music identifiers and user-selected playback timing needed to provide those features. DugoutPE does not copy, upload, or sell Apple Music audio files.

Apple's handling of information through Apple Music and your Apple account is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

Service Providers

DugoutPE uses service providers to operate portions of the app and related services. These may include:

• Apple for Sign in with Apple, Apple Music, Apple Watch integration, App Store distribution, and related Apple platform services.
• Supabase for authentication-related backend services, database storage, synchronization, and server-side app functionality.
• Vercel for hosting and delivering portions of DugoutPE's web and server infrastructure.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to DugoutPE and are subject to their own contractual and privacy obligations. DugoutPE does not sell your personal information to these providers.

Data Sharing and Sale

DugoutPE does not sell your personal information. DugoutPE does not share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers and does not use collected information for tracking you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or safety of DugoutPE, its users, or others.

Data Retention

Account and app data may be retained while your DugoutPE account remains active and as needed to provide the service. Data may also be retained for a limited period when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, backup recovery, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

When an account deletion request is completed, DugoutPE deletes the account and associated data that it controls, subject to limited information that may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.

Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion directly in the DugoutPE app through Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion removes your DugoutPE identity and associated account data that DugoutPE controls, subject to necessary safeguards for shared team data and legal or security retention requirements.

Security

DugoutPE uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

DugoutPE is designed as a tool for coaches and team administrators to manage baseball activities. Team rosters may contain information about players entered by an authorized coach or team administrator. DugoutPE does not use player information for advertising or tracking.

Coaches and team administrators are responsible for entering and managing team information appropriately and for obtaining any permissions required for information they add to the service.

Your Choices

You may stop using DugoutPE at any time, revoke Apple Music access through Apple's device settings where available, delete your DugoutPE account from within the app, or contact support regarding your personal information.

Changes to This Policy

DugoutPE may update this Privacy Policy as the app and its services evolve. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date shown at the top of this page. The version posted here is the current Privacy Policy for DugoutPE.
